How fast is turnaround?

Residential listings deliver in 48 hours. Commercial and land projects deliver in 3–5 business days depending on edit complexity.

What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?

We monitor wind, rain, and visibility the day before and the morning of. If conditions are unsafe or will produce poor footage, we reschedule at no charge.

Do you fly indoors?

No. WebMax Media is exterior aerial only. For interior real estate photography we can refer you to a local partner.

Are pilots licensed and insured?

Every flight is operated by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot carrying liability insurance. Certificates of insurance available on request for commercial property owners and HOAs.

What does "land surveying footage" actually mean?

It means cinematic and lot-context aerial footage, the kind that helps buyers, investors, or planners understand what a parcel looks like and what surrounds it. It is not a stamped survey. For a legal property survey, hire a licensed land surveyor.

Who owns the footage?
